1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.soul-ara.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

 

2. Offers and Products

All products in the shop are hand-selected and described. Variations in colour, shape, or packaging are possible, as some items are handmade.

 

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery usually takes place within 2–4 working days after receipt of payment via Swiss Post. We do not assume liability for delays outside of our control (e.g. postal service, customs, force majeure).

 

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, TWINT, Stripe).

 

6. Returns / Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products (fragrances, incense, open packaging), returns or exchanges are generally excluded. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at: connect@soul-ara.ch

 

7. Liability

SOUL | ARA assumes no liability for improper handling of the products (e.g. unsafe burning of charcoal, improper incense burning). Please always observe the safety instructions on the packaging.

 

8. Data Protection

We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties, unless this is necessary for order processing (e.g. postal service, payment providers). Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Thun (BE), Switzerland.
